Terms of Service

Use of Atelia

Atelia provides event planning, visualization, collaboration, and admin tools for authorized customers and their teams.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed from their workspaces.

Billing and credits

Paid plans, subscriptions, invoices, and credit purchases are processed through Stripe and reflected in Atelia account records.

Content

Customers remain responsible for the event, venue, image, vendor, and guest information they upload or manage in Atelia.

User Content & Generated Assets

Your content

You retain all rights in the images, product data, and other materials you upload (“Vendor Content”). You grant Atelia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and process Vendor Content solely to provide and improve the Services, including generating three-dimensional renderings and derived assets.

Generated Assets

Three-dimensional models, textures, and related files produced by the Services from Vendor Content or otherwise on the platform (“Generated Assets”) are owned by Atelia. Where Vendor Content is embodied in a Generated Asset, your rights in the underlying Vendor Content are unaffected.

Your license to Generated Assets

While you maintain an active subscription that includes digitization, Atelia grants you a non-exclusive license to use Generated Assets created from your Vendor Content within the Services and in Atelia-provided embeds on your own websites. This license does not include redistribution of model files outside the Services.

Exclusivity window

For 90 days from creation, a Generated Asset created under your paid subscription will not be displayed as a representative match for any other account. After this period, Atelia may display it elsewhere on the platform as a clearly labeled representative model. Representative display never uses your name, branding, or pricing, and never implies another vendor offers your product.

Trademarks & likeness

Representative use excludes your trademarks, logos, and any personally identifying content.

Removal

If your account is deleted, Generated Assets no longer attributed to any active account may continue to exist in anonymized representative form; you may request removal of assets that embody protected designs by contacting support@atelia.space, which Atelia will honor within a commercially reasonable period.
